We are hiring Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for our Charlotte, NC facility.

Shifts

• Sunday - Thursday 12:30am - End of Sort (around 6am or 7am)
• Friday - Tuesday 12:30am - End of Sort (around 6-7am)
  
  

“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management. Hours vary based off business needs.

• Hourly Rate starting at $18.00/hr (weekly pay)

• Load trucks for deliveries

Skills You Need

• Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended
  
  

Referral Program Details: Referral bonus reward of $500 year-round (offered for all positions company-wide) Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure. Date of referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between the dates of 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025
