Position Details

As a Warehouse Associate you will play a crucial role in warehouse operations, focusing on receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping. This position provides hands-on experience in a warehouse environment and contributes to the smooth flow of inventory and order fulfillment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Receiving and Inspection: Examine shipment contents and compare with records (manifests, invoices, or orders) to ensure accuracy; communicate with leadership to address damages, shortages, or non-conformance to specifications.
• Inventory Management: Ensure received inventory is placed in the correct location in the warehouse; assist in the organization and maintenance of inventory.
• Order Fulfillment: Perform order picking and assist with shipping; sort and load delivery trucks to support on-time deliveries.
• Documentation And Customer Service: Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete, verify deliveries, and maintain a customer-service oriented attitude.
• Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, 2-wheel dollies, and order picker lifts; lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and fellow team members.
• Problem-Solving And Safety: Apply sound decision-making skills and focus on safety in all activities.

• Detail-oriented with an eye for verifying shipments and paperwork
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate warehouse equipment

Qualifications & Experience

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent Military or practical experience
• 0-1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check post offer acceptance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to bend or twist the body
• Use hands to handle, control or feel objects
• Stand for long periods of time
• Keep or regain balance
• Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl

The salary range provided is a national average guideline. Pay reflects the candidate’s qualifications and geographic location and may vary based on responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, market data, and applicable laws.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for TriMark’s benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K (with employer match). Leadership positions may qualify for bonuses commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
