This role is responsible for executing warehouse and delivery operations and reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Embodies our values: Serve Others and Own It
• Ensures customer furniture receives in perfect condition
• Unpacks trailer and store merchandise
• Assists with scanning as needed
• Preps daily pick-up merchandise and next day’s deliveries
• Assists with staging furniture for customers and merchandising the showroom
• Supports Warehouse Leader with quality assurance
• Pulls merchandise from stock for delivery
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned

What Will Help You Succeed

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to submit to physical capability test
• Ability to follow safety guidelines
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Proven service orientation and team focus
• Ownership mentality; accountability for responsibilities
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and environment
