What You’ll Do

  1. Manage inventory, receive materials, and fulfill orders for truck restocks.
  2. Partner with techs in the field to ensure they have what they need to deliver exceptional service.
  3. Organize, clean, and maintain warehouse efficiency.
  4. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and improve processes.
  5. Foster a tech-friendly, accountable team environment.
  6. Collaborate with leadership to optimize stock levels and streamline operations.
  7. Assist with truck fleet management and deployment.

What We’re Looking For

  1. A motivated leader with strong inventory, project management, and people skills.
  2. A tech-savvy problem-solver with experience in ERP systems and warehouse management.
  3. A team player who is customer-focused and proactive.
  4. Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in Plumbing & HVAC warehouse operations or similar fields.

What You’ll Need

  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Ability to lift and transport 50+ lbs.
  3. Drive for excellence and achieving results.
