This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Purpose: As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you will compile orders, replenish and move merchandise, check inventory, interact with customers, and operate a forklift. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

Essential Job Functions: Ensure safety compliance, work accurately in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, restock and organize merchandise, assist customers, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 or older, possess basic math skills, warehouse and customer service experience, with forklift certification preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure is required.

Working Conditions: Occasional exposure to warehouse environment, moving vehicles, and noise levels from quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements: Ability to lift 30-60 pounds occasionally, and frequently handle objects weighing 20-30 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and stooping.
