Position Summaries

Picking Associate: Responsible for picking all orders from inventory and delivering them to the packing area. Also assists Receiving by stocking incoming shipments and helps gift wrappers with order pulling.

Packing Associate: Packs orders for shipment, ensuring proper packing materials are used, and restocks packing supplies as needed.

Major Accounts Associate: Executes daily operational tasks related to fulfilling sales orders for the company's national retail accounts, maintaining compliance and reporting data accurately.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; experience in retail, e-commerce, or distribution preferred.

Special Requirements: Ability to work overtime, weekends, and in a warehouse environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong organizational skills, ability to handle large workloads, perform under deadlines, and communicate effectively. Must be detail-oriented, proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to maintain professionalism and organization.

Equipment Used: Computer, mobile devices, office equipment, hand and power tools, safety shoes.

Physical and Mental Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, handle data, and maintain focus in a warehouse setting.
