We are looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and store incoming materials and products.
- Pick, stage, and prepare items for outgoing shipments.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products and materials.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with proper handling and placement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through manual logs or warehouse management systems.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Valid forklift certification is highly preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts safely in confined or industrial spaces
- Familiar with basic inventory tracking methods
- Attention to detail, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery noise and dust.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate machinery for extended periods.
Work Environment
- Based in an industrial manufacturing facility with exposure to heavy machinery and moving equipment.
- Fluctuating temperatures and dusty environments.
