- Hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday; could change to 9-6 or 10-7

Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five (3-5) years' previous warehouse experience.
- Must be able to work the hours required.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to operate a forklift and pass the certification exam.
- Must be able to resolve a conflict or issue quickly and completely, providing alternative solutions as necessary.
- Must be able to manage and execute multiple projects at the same time; organize work and self as necessary.
- Good decision-making abilities. Must be able to identify and correct own mistakes.
- Must be able to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds; actively participates in meetings and other departmental gatherings; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to address issues and develop relationships. Strong listening skills and ability to determine needs of colleagues and vendors.
- Good computer background.
- Strong ability to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pull, pack, and ship all Service, Marketing, and Sales orders per company policy.
- Ensure shipments are protected and use cost-effective methods; coordinate with carriers for timely delivery.
- Complete and distribute all related shipping paperwork; process shipments through FedEx and update database daily.
- Receive, verify, and distribute purchase orders; complete associated paperwork.
- Receive, process, and store returned goods; maintain shipping logs and paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate warehouse; label stock and manage packing materials.
- Support warehouse reorganization and request supplies as needed.
- Assist with physical inventory counts.
- Schedule and process parts repairs; handle documentation and shipping.
- Respond to after-hours shipment requests when needed.
- Update parts database with location changes, inventory, and field equipment info.
- Respond to information requests from staff.
- Follow all applicable FDA, ISO 13485, and regulatory requirements.
