Location: Seaford, DE

Work Type: Full-Time, hourly

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Compensation: $17-22/hr

What You’ll Do

• Manage warehouse operations including ordering, replenishment, inventory control, and truck restocking


• Support field technicians with timely and accurate delivery of materials


• Lead warehouse personnel, promoting a customer-focused, tech-friendly culture


• Handle purchasing for the plumbing division, aligning with company objectives


• Oversee daily operations, maintain SOPs, and ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness


• Schedule and perform truck/warehouse inventories, troubleshooting discrepancies as needed


• Manage weekly replenishments to prevent out-of-stock situations and optimize material levels


• Maintain item master updates and ServiceTitan (ERP) truck templates for inventory accuracy


• Assist with truck fleet management and deployment in coordination with Operations leadership

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• 2+ years of relevant warehouse experience with proven results


• Proficiency with warehouse management and ERP systems (ServiceTitan preferred)


• Excellent Microsoft Office skills


• Ability to lift and transport >50 lbs


• Customer-focused, results-driven mindset with strong communication abilities
