IFP Motion Solutions, an expanding distributor and manufacturer of custom fluid power and electronic systems controls located on the northeast side of Cedar Rapids, is seeking a highly motivated team player to join our warehouse team. Responsibilities include shipping and receiving, inventory management, light mechanical assembly, and general warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by demonstrating attention to detail, organization, basic computer skills, and a positive attitude towards challenges. The role involves liaising with customer service, quality assurance, and other IFP locations, while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations
• Experience with inventory cycle counts
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, receiving goods, and processing freight claims
• Forklift certification and experience with pallet jacks
• Ability to foster a professional, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Experience using power tools and an air nailer
• Ability to build shipping pallets
