We are currently seeking an energetic and driven Warehouse Associate to join our team. Qualified candidates must have general knowledge of warehouse distribution and inventory practices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for inventory locating, counting, receiving, storing, stocking, and shipping merchandise kept in the warehouse.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock, place orders on pallets, and convey orders to the packing station.
  • Receive and count incoming daily freight and properly record items into the computer system.
  • Sort and store materials and products on racks, bins, or shelves according to predetermined sequence or product code.
  • Review and resolve any discrepancies regarding freight claims.
  • Update product maintenance locations daily.
  • Accurately complete cycle counts daily.
  • Inspect and process returns into the warehouse.
  • Review and respond to queues promptly.
  • Load or unload merchandise during receipt or shipment.
  • Drive company equipment safely and professionally at all times.
  • Assist in daily warehouse maintenance, cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal to ensure sanitation and safety compliance.

Qualifications/Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Trained and certified to operate lifting machinery such as Reach Trucks and Forklifts.
  • Experience with Cycle Counts and RF Scanners.
  • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals and work instructions.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and coworkers.
  • Proficiency in basic math operations.
  • Good physical health; ability to work at a rapid pace to meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, or pull 75+ lbs.
  • Familiarity with data systems for input and retrieval of data.
