Description

JOB SUMMARY: Searching for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, hardworking, professional, and delivers consistent results. This role is responsible for working accurately and efficiently while paying careful attention on the job. Must follow instructions precisely and double-check work before completing tasks.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Lifting, loading, driving, delivering, off-loading & staging materials with forklift and pallet jack (some manual off-loading is required).
• Count and stock material based on inventory control practices.
• Receive product from vendors.
• Dispatch product to installers.
• Pack orders methodically and close job packages to prepare for shipping.
• Reliably identify damaged, lost, or missing material and notify team immediately.
• Operate 16' box truck to transport material from vendors to warehouses.
• Occasional jobsite delivery of material to customers.
• Always treat material with care and concern.

Supervisory responsibilities

• None

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience desired (we will train if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Self-starter, able to plan, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Must be authorized to work in US
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record

Physical Demands

• Must possess the ability to stand and work on feet for long periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between spaces; bend at waist and knees, twist; to lift and move up to 50 pounds; to see well enough to discern differences in quality.
