Clece Care Services Ltd. is hiring: Warehouse Associate in Lincolnton

Overview

While working here you will experience many aspects of our warehousing operation. New hires typically start out picking orders to learn our products and the warehouse, but other responsibilities include double checking orders for accuracy, processing and shipping orders, and sealing boxes. We encourage cross-training so employees can work anywhere in the operation to support growth and scheduling flexibility. The environment is climate controlled year round, and this position is generally considered a 9am-5pm role, though hours are not guaranteed and weekends are closed.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders to learn products and warehouse processes
• Double-check orders for accuracy
• Process and ship orders
• Seal and package orders

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to read numbers accurately to follow the warehouse’s number-ordered system and picking slips. Additional requirements may include:

• Type with ease
• Listen and follow instructions
• Carry packages or orders weighing around 20 lbs
• Communicate with people over the phone
