Warehouse Associate Job at Conklin Metal Industries in Austell

Overview

Shipping / Warehouse Associate in Austell, GA. Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting around 8:30 AM and working until all outgoing orders are loaded (typically between 5:30–7:00 PM). Flexibility is a must. You will work directly under the Shipping Manager to pull, stage, and load orders for next-day delivery.

$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and stage customer orders for shipment
• Load outgoing orders onto delivery trucks for next-day distribution
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate with the Shipping Manager and team to prioritize orders and workflow
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required (both stand-up and sit-down)
• Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS) is preferred, but not required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule based on daily shipping needs
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
