Location: TNDRE Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Join us as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you'll play a key role in our operations. You will handle product flow, manage inventory, and support our branch at 116 Regina St, Martin, TN 38237. The role offers potential flexibility after onboarding, training, and performance milestones.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and maintain branch inventory.
2. Receive, pick, package, ship, and perform cycle counts.
3. Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
5. Perform additional duties to support branch success.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Proficient in computer skills.
5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
7. Self-motivated, customer service-oriented.
8. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team.

11. Ability to lift packages weighing 25-75 lbs.
12. Pass drug screening (US, Puerto Rico, Guam).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with inventory receiving, shipping, or management.
