Description

PURPOSE: Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for accurately performing duties such as processing boxes, operating equipment, and ensuring safety compliance. The role includes warehouse maintenance, pickups, deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Candidate must be able and willing to:

• Barcode and process new boxes
• Pull access list
• Refile boxes/files
• Process boxes scheduled for destruction
• Perform responsibilities related to bay consolidations
• Operate picker forklift or other equipment proficiently
• Perform safety checks on equipment
• Pull, load, and move boxes safely
• Maintain warehouse and vehicle
• Make pickups and deliveries
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Return equipment to charging stations after use

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and background check
• High School Diploma minimum
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 40-50 lb. boxes daily
• Good coordination and motor skills
• Work well under time constraints
• Follow procedures and suggest improvements
• Work at heights of 12-14 ft.
• Use handheld computers, electric pickers, and drive vehicles
• Flexible with work hours and overtime
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
