Advance Auto Parts is hiring Warehouse Workers immediately at our Delaware, OH distribution center. The pay rate is $20.40/hr plus a $1.00 premium for 2nd and/or 3rd shifts. Responsibilities include picking, packing, staging parts, using RF scanners, and moving boxes within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Eligible to work in the US
• Ability to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals

Preferred Skills

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

The physical demands include standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, hearing, kneeling, crouching, sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 100 pounds with reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
