Overview

Join to apply for the Warehouse Associate role at Floor & Decor. This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Compile orders and replenish and move merchandise on the sales floor or to a customer’s vehicle.
• Check inventory and orders, interact with customers, and operate a forklift.
• Provide friendly, organized, hard-working service in a warehouse environment.
• Restock the show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards to ensure customers may shop with ease.
• Load out customers with the correct product.
• Help customers find products as needed and answer customer questions.
• Be available to assist in other areas of the store as needed.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Adhere to the company’s safety processes and policies.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through Floor & Decor (F&D).
• Where permissible by state law, certification to operate heavy equipment requires successful passing of a drug test.

Working Conditions

• Occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
• Noise level is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

• Ability to exert 30–60 pounds of force occasionally, and 20–30 pounds frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
• Hands and fingers dexterity to handle or feel; frequent standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands; climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling as required.

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pickup Hours

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
