Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

OVERVIEW:

Embark on your journey as a Full-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the ebb and flow of products entering and leaving the facility, and manage inventory for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is based at our branch located at 710 Swan Dr, Mukwonago, WI 53149. After onboarding and training, a flexible schedule may be offered based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and maintaining branch inventory
• Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory
• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Performing other duties to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and meet driving record requirements
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Computer skills proficiency
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing skills
• Self-motivated, customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrate core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork
• Lift and move packages weighing 25-75 lbs
• Pass drug screening (where applicable)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in receiving, shipping, or managing inventory
