Job Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of functions in a Warehouse/Distribution Center to ensure on-time shipping and delivery of the product to customers. Depending on the shift, focus may be either picking, packing, receiving, or a combination of the three.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurate picking, packing, and shipping of materials.
2. Receive incoming shipments and verify correctness.
3. Operate material handling equipment.
4. Handle clerical duties related to the position.
5. Perform other duties as required.
6. Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
7. Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
8. Sit or stand for extended periods.

Qualifications to Thrive in This Role:

1. Ability to learn to operate equipment such as order pickers, sit-down, and stand-up forklifts.
2. High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
