Job Overview
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of functions in a Warehouse/Distribution Center to ensure on-time shipping and delivery of the product to customers. Depending on the shift, focus may be either picking, packing, receiving, or a combination of the three.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate picking, packing, and shipping of materials.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify correctness.
- Operate material handling equipment.
- Handle clerical duties related to the position.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Sit or stand for extended periods.
Qualifications to Thrive in This Role:
- Ability to learn to operate equipment such as order pickers, sit-down, and stand-up forklifts.
- High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
