We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Warehouse Associates receive, input, sort, and load/unload products while ensuring shipping schedules are met, contributing to company efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by delivering the right product on-time with high accuracy. Our Warehouse Associates work in a team-based distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Keep a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Load/unload delivery orders and ensure signatures confirming receipt and other appropriate paperwork is completed/provided upon delivery.
• Communicate with all customer personnel in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Maintain quality service levels and process efficiencies while providing for continuous departmental improvements.
• Assist with other projects and duties when the business needs require.

The Most Qualified Candidates Will Have

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience operating a forklift

Required Qualifications

• Must be age 21+ to drive company vehicle and have a good driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
• Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
• Work effectively and efficiently independently or as part of a team
• Physically capable and willing to operate a forklift (training provided)
• Proficient use of a computer
