We are hiring Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for our Marlboro, MD facility.

Shift:

Tuesday - Saturday: 2am - End of Sort

Sunday - Thursday: 2am - End of Sort

"End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate starting at $16.00/hr (weekly pay)

Responsibilities:

• Be Safe! Safety is our first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!
• Stay active by working on your feet.
• Dependable, flexible, and reliable.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures, including heat and cold.
• Use gloves and work boots as recommended.

Referral Program: Referral bonus of $500 year-round (company-wide). Payout: $250 after 45 days of the referred candidate's tenure, and $250 after 90 days. Referrals must start between 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025.
