Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a highly organized and dependable Logistics Associate to join our Warehouse Operations team. This role is key to ensuring the efficient coordination of deliveries, inventory, and supplier communication. - Organize and coordinate deliveries, ensuring all materials are prepared and scheduled properly
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain communication with drivers and customers
- Work with suppliers to confirm orders, handle backorders, and monitor delivery timelines
- Support inventory control and replenishment efforts, including audits and reordering
- Assist in loading/unloading trailers and ensure materials are tagged and staged appropriately
- Maintain accurate delivery and shipment documentation, including logs and spreadsheets
- Coordinate buildout materials and customization needs with the warehouse and cutting team
- Perform quality control checks on materials prior to shipment
- Resolve issues with delivery delays, damages, or customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and participate in training as required
- Provide internal and external communication regarding logistics statuses and updates
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for smoother logistics operations
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent organizational skills
- Experienced in inventory, warehouse operations, or delivery logistics
- Excellent communicator with internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Able to manage multiple deliveries and coordinate logistics efficiently
- Problem-solver with a positive attitude and strong follow-through
- Familiar with warehouse safety and material handling protocols
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tracking software and inventory spreadsheets

Schedule: M–F | Full-Time | Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required
