We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our dynamic Warehouse Team, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead. As a Warehouse Associate at SUNPAN, you will play a key role in the efficient handling, organization, and shipping of our products. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS & OBJECTIVES

• Unload containers and place products in designated areas in the warehouse.
• Compare received products against receiving sheets to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare products for stacking by forklift drivers and wrap shipping skids securely.
• Load and unload trucks under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Verify product condition and quantities to ensure accuracy.
• Select appropriate packing materials and pallets, following product safety protocols.
• Receive product deliveries and store items properly to prevent damage.
• Arrange products in an organized manner to optimize space and avoid wear and tear.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and all equipment used.
• Keep accurate shipping and receiving logs.
• Support space optimization by ensuring efficient storage practices.
• Perform additional responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A positive attitude with strong team spirit.
• Counterbalance forklift certification is considered an asset.
