Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate will play an essential role in supporting warehouse operations, including the handling, storage, and preparation of goods. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with prior warehouse exposure looking to grow their skills. The role requires working in a cold environment and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
Receive, store, and organize inventory in designated areas.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments safely and efficiently.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment based on customer orders.
Perform inventory counts and ensure all items are accounted for.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following safety and sanitation guidelines.
Work in a temperature-controlled environment (cooler or freezer conditions as needed).
Safely handle products and move items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience or exposure preferred but not required.
Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to various warehouse tasks.
