The Warehouse Associate is responsible for following established procedures while performing various functions that reflect the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team.”

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on education and experience

Essential Functions

  • Process customer and shop credits
  • Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Check orders for accuracy
  • Work cooperatively with team members to achieve warehouse goals
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Schedule pickups
  • Interface effectively with internal and external customers
  • Pull and deliver parts according to orders
  • Identify delivery methods and pack parts accordingly
  • Prepare freight for delivery and complete shipping paperwork
  • Verify accuracy of shipments upon receipt
  • Inventory parts and verify against system records
  • Organize parts on shelves
  • Manage emergency back orders and deliveries
  • Drive parts to designated locations as needed
  • Operate a forklift to move parts and materials
  • Assemble hoses as a secondary task
  • Conduct core inspections
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Basic familiarity with light industrial equipment

Competencies:

  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Operation of motor vehicles
  • Basic computer skills

Work Environment:

  • Noise: Loud; Environment: Indoors and Outdoors

Physical Demands:

  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, using hands and hearing
  • Squatting/Kneeling
  • Climbing ladders and stairs
  • Lifting objects up to 94 pounds or more
