Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Unloading: Accept incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage or defects, and verify quantities against packing lists or invoices.
• Inventory Management: Store items in appropriate locations and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Shipping and Handling: Load and unload trucks, ensure proper labeling and packaging, and assist with the dispatch of goods to customers or other locations.
• Stock Control: Monitor stock levels and report low inventory levels to supervisors.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.
• Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards or inefficiencies.
• Quality Control: Perform regular checks on goods for quality and accuracy, ensuring products meet company standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical condition.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site position.
• May involve working in varying temperatures depending on the warehouse environment.
• Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
