We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our growing operation. In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently, whether you're operating a forklift or performing manual tasks to keep everything moving seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet customer demands.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts, track inventory levels, and ensure proper storage of materials to maintain accuracy.
- Receiving & Unloading: Safely unload trucks, inspect incoming shipments, and verify accuracy against packing slips.
- Stocking & Organization: Store materials in designated areas, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Forklift Operation: Stand up and Sit Down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory.
- Shipping: Prepare, label, and stage shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards and shipping requirements.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to safety protocols, conduct routine equipment checks, and report any issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet deadlines, resolve challenges, and maintain productivity.
- General Warehouse Duties: Perform a variety of tasks, including manual loading/unloading, assembly, and sorting, as needed.
- Experience in warehouse operations; familiarity with forklifts is a plus but not required for all tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
