Capstone Logistics, LLC is part of The Transportation and Logistics industry which has been designated a "Critical Infrastructure Segment". Location: Joliet, IL

Schedule will be set at time of hire.

Shift: 1st shift: 6:00 AM - Finish (Monday - Friday); 2nd shift: 2:00 PM - Finish (Monday - Friday); 3rd shift: 10:00 PM - Finish (Sunday - Thursday); 4th shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12 hours every Saturday & Sunday + 2 weekday shifts of your choice)

Compensation: Potential to earn over $1,200 paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Unloading
• Pre-Shift meetings
• Stretching exercises before each shift
• Safety observations
• Support management
• Coaching
• Training
• Communication with leadership
• Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Plus all the yard marshalling duties
• This is the next step in an associate's path to management
• You will learn all aspects of receiving/unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
