About the Role

The Warehouse Associate / Operator is the foundational role for all that happens inside the Data Center. They are responsible for the safe and meticulous receipt, movement, kitting, replacement, and installation of data racks and parts on behalf of one of the world’s largest data processing companies.

How you will contribute

  • Work is performed in a non-traditional warehousing type environment (Data Center) and picking parts according to customer order and placing parts in work areas.
  • Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
  • Move items from bulk containers, shipping crates, boxes, racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items and places them in designated areas.
  • Scans materials and moves them according to standard work instructions where applicable.
  • Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
  • Utilizes loading and moving equipment with precision such as hand-trucks, pallet jacks, robotic movers, dollies, skids, and ramps in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Shifts

  • Team A1: Mon.-Thu. 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Team A2: Mon.-Thu. 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Team A3: Mon.-Thu. 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Team B1: Thur.-Sun. 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Team B2: Thur.-Sun. 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Team B3: Thur.-Sun. 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Initial Training Schedule

  • Sunday - Thursday 7 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Tuesday - Saturday from 7 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation

  • Starting Rate: $23.00 p/h
  • Differential A2/B2: $1.00 p/h
  • Differential A3/B3: $1.50 p/h
