This is a growing role, perfect for someone with administrative experience looking to build a career in the legal field. In this position, you’ll work closely with an established attorney to help build their growing support team. You’ll lend support through activities such as scheduling, document preparation, communicating with clients, tracking case statuses, and organizing files. Prior legal experience is not required; comprehensive administrative skills and professionalism are the keys to success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients through scheduling and communication.
- Typing dictation, managing correspondence, and maintaining document files.
- Preparing documents with provided templates and conducting basic research.
- Organizing case files and tracking important deadlines.

What You Bring to the Team:
- A minimum of 1+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) and ability to type 45-60+ words per minute.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and proofreading skills.
- Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
