Administrative Assistant – With Accounting Experience
Watertown Area – Contract to Hire
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Accounting Assistant to join a busy manufacturing office. This role combines administrative support with light accounting duties, requiring excellent customer service skills and comfort wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk: answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with inquiries
- Enter data and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Desktop
- Review and process invoices with accuracy
- Support general office operations and assist team members as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior administrative and/or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Computer savvy; manufacturing industry experience a plus
- Dependable, adaptable, and detail-focused
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
