$18.50/hr - $20.00/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist salespersons by managing communication and scheduling.
  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Perform light data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Support team members with personal assistant duties as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold professional standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 1+ yr previous experience as a receptionist or as an office assistant.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office management practices.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail are required for accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Work Schedule

  • Part-time
  • Expected 25-30 hours.
  • Monday-Friday, 12PM-5PM and/or 11AM-5PM.
