Select Chemistry’s Administrative Assistant will support the administrative functions of the facility. This role will include assisting with billing, order entry, and general site administrative duties. This position must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Job Description

Select Chemistry’s Administrative Assistant will support the administrative functions of the facility. This role will include assisting with billing, order entry, and general site administrative duties. This position must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. We are a fast-paced, safety focused, continuous improvement-based company.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

  • Assist with billing and order entry.
  • General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, emailing, responding to phone calls and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain office supply inventory levels.
  • Support operations/corporate information requests.
  • Inventory management.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office, is required.
  • Ability to work with diverse people and groups in a timely and professional manner.

Physical Demands and Exposures

  • This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
  • Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
