Duties include: Data processing, pulling reports, creating and updating legal matters.
Managing budgets, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
Heavy calendar management for leadership and managers.
Event coordination, especially when the main admin is off-site.
Fast-paced environment with a need for prioritization and organization.
Candidate Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
2–4 years in a similar admin or office role.
Degrees or Certifications Required: None required; experience in a corporate office setting is most important.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
Outlook – Minimum 2 years (heavy calendar management and communication).
Excel – Minimum 2 years (data processing, reporting, budget management).
SharePoint – Minimum 2 years (document management and collaboration). PowerPoint is a plus.

Pay Details: $37.62 per hour
