Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist – Brooklyn Park, MN

$24–$27/hr (BOE) | Full-Time Monday–Friday

We’re partnering with a leading manufacturer in Brooklyn Park to find a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. If you’re organized, professional, and ready to be the go-to support across multiple departments, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
  • Support various departments with scheduling, reports, and communication
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and help coordinate office supplies
  • Keep operations organized with efficient administrative systems

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Schedule: Full-Time, M-F 7:30 or 8 AM - 4:30 PM
