Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Description:
The division is requesting assistance primarily for purchasing, Travel and Entertainment (T&E) and non-T&E reports, and PCard reconciliation. Additionally, the assistant will support other administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing events, submitting facilities requests, reconciling invoice irregularities and outstanding payments, and providing backup for cash handling.
Prior Experience:
- Administrative experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience with purchasing and coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of departmental and university policies and guidelines.
- Working knowledge and competency in the use of University systems (BruinBuy Plus, Recharges, Express, etc.).
