Our client, a television provider, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will support various initiatives within the Legal Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills.
Job Details:
- Title: Administrative Assistant
- Location: Chester, New York (on-site)
- Pay Range: $19/hr
- Duration: 6 months (contract to hire)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, clerical, and organizational support to the Legal Department
- Process invoices through Basware and prepare expense reports in Oracle
- Schedule events, hotel reservations, and reimburse expenses
- Handle sensitive and confidential information and prepare reports
- Update contracts data in trackers accurately and timely
Requirements:
- Associate degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields
- Experience in the cable/broadband industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Acrobat
- Self-motivated with good prioritization and deadline management skills
