Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an Administrative Assistant at San Pasqual Academy in Escondido, California.
San Pasqual Academy is located on a beautiful 238 acres in rural San Pasqual Valley. SPA is equipped with all the amenities of a private high school, including classrooms, an auditorium, gym, and cafeteria. On grounds sports and activities include basketball, softball, and football. Our unique campus features residential staff and house parents serving as surrogate parents who mentor and tutor students, teach age-appropriate independent living skills, create opportunities to explore new interests, encourage participation in sports and recreation, assist in the exploration of career and job opportunities, and promote family living1 skills.
Pay: $19.00 per hour.

What you will do: As the Administrative Assistant at San Pasqual Academy, you will ensure efficient site operations by providing comprehensive administrative support. This includes managing communications, scheduling, document preparation, record-keeping, and office supplies. You will process administrative paperwork, serve as a point of contact, support site projects, maintain confidentiality, and crucially manage inventory of site goods and distribute them to residential homes. As well as any additional administrative duties as assigned.
To be considered you should: Possess a High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in a related field is preferred. A minimum of one (1) year of administrative support experience is required. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintain confidentiality, and exercise good judgment is crucial. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, TB test, and a search of the child abuse central registry. A valid driver's license is also required.
