Overview

Administrative Assistant role at AMADA AMERICA, INC. This is a temp-to-hire Administrative Assistant position located in Buena Park, CA. The Administrative Assistant, under general supervision, provides administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong computer knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent customer service skills to support both internal staff and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
  • Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documents using Microsoft Excel.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service to both employees and external contacts.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating office communications.
  • Process and route invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Maintain office records, forms, and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Support departmental projects and provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Employees are to speak only English during an emergency and while performing job duties where there is potential for an emergency. The rule does not apply to casual conversations between employees when they are not performing a job duty.
  • Non-field-related positions require in-office work 5 days a week at the assigned branch office.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and general office software.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Customer service mindset with a professional and positive attitude.

  • $20/HR
