We are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Greer location.
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks supporting several departments. You will be the first point of contact when guest arrives, and customer service is essential in this role.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Key employee to answer, transfer and screen incoming business calls
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Works alongside of the Office Manager, Human Resources, and Administration team for daily tasks
- Informs Production Managers of any incoming shipments to job sites
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work independently.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and administrative roles
- Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Roofing or Construction Industry experience is preferred
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
