Summary
Connect Search is recruiting a Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant for a client in Madison WI. This role offers bonus opportunities and a team oriented company culture.
Location: Madison WI 53717
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 + Bonus + 7% retirement contribution
Benefits: Medical (fully paid HC premiums for the employee), dental, vision coverage
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to upper management.
- Operate receptionist software to answer, screen, forward calls and take messages.
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
- Maintain document inventory for offsite storage
- Maintain postage meter and overnight envelopes
- Responsible for ordering all office supplies and forms
- Maintain kitchen area –ordering and stocking supplies
Qualifications
- Prior experience within the financial services, banking, investment, or other relevant industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
