About the Role:
We are looking for a hospitality-minded individual to join our team at Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town. This role is essential in supporting hotel operations, keeping our processes running smoothly, and building an engaging and supportive workplace culture.T

The ideal candidate has hotel or hospitality experience and understands the rhythm of our industry. They're highly organized, people-focused, and enjoy balancing behind-the-scenes details with creating memorable moments for the team.

Life as an Administrative Assistant:

  • Works closely with the General Manager to update the accounting system with invoicing, payments, inventories, and budgets.
  • Support the General Manager with special projects that keep the hotel running efficiently
  • Count daily deposits and assist completing financial control audits.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for new and departing team members.
  • Track Hilton training completion and maintain compliance records.
  • Support recognition and appreciation programs (birthdays, Catch Me at My Best, appreciation week, holiday events).
  • Help organize associate events and serve as an active member of the Culture Committee.
  • Assists department heads with ordering of supplies and payroll processing

What we're looking for:

Background in hospitality (Hilton front desk experience strongly preferred).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for creating a great workplace for others.

Prior admin or coordinator experience is helpful, but not required - we will train the right hospitality-minded candidate.
