Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is an excellent job with many learning and advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of the English language, be highly organized and reliable, and have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform a variety of administrative duties
  2. Answer emails and phone calls
  3. Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  4. Create content for the company's Social Media Channels
  5. Prepare presentations according to instructions
  6. Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cars, restaurants)
  7. Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail
  8. Anticipate the needs of others to ensure positive experiences
  9. Handle sensitive information confidentially

Candidate Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+ download)
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute

Compensation and Benefits

Physical Requirements

This role is primarily sedentary, involving sitting/standing for long periods, operating office equipment, and occasional movement around the office. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds is required occasionally.
