Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will manage communications, scheduling, and presentations while coordinating events and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and takes full ownership of assignments. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and able to support leadership with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Possesses strong writing and communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence and presentations.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Can follow direction clearly while also working independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the Director’s email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
  • Coordinate internal events, meetings, and presentations, handling all scheduling and logistics.
  • Draft, review, and present PowerPoint and written materials for leadership and team meetings.
  • Maintain the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and manage communications with stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Director, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage reports, documentation, and office records.
  • Provide general administrative support, including file management and data entry.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in an administrative or executive support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
