Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Atlanta Divorce Law Group. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as being the sales to legal liaison, communicating with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service in collaboration with the acquisitions and legal team.

Responsibilities

  • This position requires a wide variety of skills and has a variety of responsibilities in regard to providing assistance to the firm’s team members, clients and prospective new clients. This person will help with projects for new initiatives, operational maintenance projects, and assisting Firm managers with PSP updates. In addition, this person helps to ensure the client experience is meeting the standards of the firm.
  • Effectively answers and routes all phone calls with excellent customer service; Presents the firm well and is expected to represent the company’s mission; Helps shield employee time by acting as a good gatekeeper
  • Clearly aligns with the firm’s vision and mission and works toward the culture and operations that reflect them
  • Facilitates sales to legal transition including charging cards for security deposits, scheduling/calendaring initial strategy sessions, opening up client’s electronic files in our client management system and ensuring all documents are uploaded
  • Coordinates new client gift system
  • Manages lead management software with updating templates, automations, etc.
  • Data entry for KPI metrics
  • Assists in supporting satellite offices
  • Updates and maintains marketing/networking lists in our online marketing system and Google Drive
  • Assists in various administrative functions as directed by the DOO
  • Assists with various firm events throughout the year
  • Backup to intake specialist for screening potential new clients
  • Backup to office coordinator’s responsibilities when absent

Qualifications

  • Ability to build rapport with employees, clients, and ability to work within a team
  • Phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email and calendaring platforms, Adobe, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in a legal setting is a plus
  • High School Degree

Compensation

Bonus Structure: End of year bonus based on the results of performance review.
