ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant in Arcadia, Florida.

What You’ll Do

  • Help maintain property operations and serve guests and residents.

Your Job Will Include

  • Greet guests professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain communication with property and regional staff.
  • Collaborate with management to represent the company's quality and professionalism.
  • Process accounts payable using the automated accounting system.
  • Assist with procurement card reconciliations.
  • Organize files and manage office supplies.
  • Research and implement company-sponsored activities.
  • Participate in training programs and seminars as required.
  • Handle inquiries by phone to support property staff.
  • Run errands, including delivering communications to guests or residents, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills Needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of office experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and automated accounting systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
