Position

We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant at our office in Fife, WA. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have problem-solving skills, and be capable of meeting urgent deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Essential Job Duties

  • Data entry across multiple databases with high attention to detail
  • Frequent internal customer service
  • Maintain spreadsheets for cost analysis reviews
  • Assist sales representatives and managers with various duties
  • File, copy, and scan documents
  • Audit and create invoices

Qualifications

  • Office experience preferred but not required
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Typing speed of 50-60 words per minute
  • Ability to follow directions and take notes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
