Hill International is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Long Beach, California
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or high school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
- Real Estate experience preferred.
- Full-time onsite position in Long Beach, CA.
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence in EDRMS and finalize memos and letters to divisions, outside entities, tenants, and parties.
- Track approval processes and organize correspondence and documents accordingly.
- Prepare and manage contracts and agreements, including DocuSign processes and signatures.
- Assist with file organization, both physical and electronic, including creating and maintaining files.
- Work within Customer Relationship System (CRM) and assist with data entry and record management.
- Coordinate contract terminations and related communications.
- Provide backup support to the Senior Secretary and perform other administrative duties as required.
