About The Role

Reflection Glass is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at our corporate office in Carrollton, TX. In this critical support role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the seamless management of day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, hourly position requiring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to effectively manage calendars and schedules. What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the team and department leadership.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure the efficient organization of files and documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Serve as a point of contact for communication within the department and with external stakeholders.
  • Assist with planning and organizing departmental events and meetings.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Support special projects and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or supportive role.
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with office technology, including computers, printers, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative setting is a plus.
